Call the hotline on 0961 636 390 first so reception knows you'll be bringing your own decorations. The house rules only prohibit flammable or hazardous materials and strong-smelling food; flowers, balloons and ordinary decorations are fine. The hotel also offers two proposal packages — lettered balloons, balloons, flowers and candles at 3,000,000 VND, or the same with wine and a large fruit platter at 4,000,000 VND, neither including the room.

How far ahead should I book for a proposal?

At least two to three days, particularly if you want a star-ceiling or birdcage room — these are special rooms and go quickly at the best times.

Can I use real candles in the room?

Use battery LED candles rather than real flames in an enclosed room. The house rules prohibit bringing flammable materials in, so real candles aren't an option; LED candles are both safe and compliant.

Can I check in before 14:00 to set up?
