How hourly and daily rates work, early check-in and late check-out charges.
Do you accept VISA/MASTERCARD?
We accept every common payment method: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
If I stay a few hours, am I charged for exactly those hours?
Hourly charges add up only until they reach the full-day rate. For example, room 1001 costs 350,000đ for the first 2 hours and 150,000đ for each hour after, with a full-day rate of 1,000,000đ. A stay from 12:00 to 20:00 works out as:
- 12:00 – 14:00: 350,000đ
- 14:00 – 15:00: 150,000đ
- 15:00 – 16:00: 150,000đ
- 16:00 – 17:00: 150,000đ
- 17:00 – 18:00: 150,000đ
That already totals 950,000đ, so from 18:00 onward nothing further is added — the charge stops at 1,000,000đ, the full-day rate for room 1001.
Is there a charge for early check-in or late check-out?
For hourly stays you may check in at any time with no extra charge.
For overnight stays the earliest check-in is 12:00; arriving before that costs 100,000đ–150,000đ per hour depending on the room. The latest check-out is 12:00 the next day; leaving later costs 100,000đ–150,000đ per hour on the same basis.
Is there a charge to change rooms?
If the change is due to a problem on our side, we will upgrade you or move you to a similar room free of charge.
If it is a matter of personal preference, we will move you free within 10 minutes of check-in. After 10 minutes a 250,000đ cleaning fee applies.
Do you decorate rooms for special occasions?
We offer two decoration packages for anniversaries, proposals and birthdays:
- Lettered balloon, balloons, flowers and candles: 3,000,000đ
- Lettered balloon, balloons, flowers and candles, plus wine and a large fruit platter: 4,000,000đ
Decoration is charged on top of the room rate.
Can I smoke in the room?
Smoking in rooms is allowed at two of our hotels:
- Ngàn Lẻ Một Đêm Branch 1 — 30 Street No. 7, Trung Son
- Vạn Phát Hotel — 61 Pham Viet Chanh, District 1
Ngàn Lẻ Một Đêm Branch 2 (23 Street No. 5, Trung Son) is non-smoking. Smoking there carries a 200,000đ penalty.
How many guests can share a room?
Two guests per room. A third guest costs 100,000đ for an hourly stay and 250,000đ overnight. More than three guests requires a second room.
What should I know about the hotel rules?
Please see our hotel regulations — they apply at all of our hotels.
Can I get my deposit back if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking date and your deposit is refunded in full. After that the deposit is not refundable.
