Privacy policy
When you book a room or check in at 1001 Nights Hotel, you place a little of your personal information in our care. This page is here so that you know exactly what we keep, what we use it for, how long we hold it, and what you may ask us to do with it. This policy applies from 11/09/2026.

Who is responsible for your information
The 1001 Nights Hotel group is run by two legal entities:
- Ngan Le Mot Dem Hotel Co., Ltd (tax code 0314170891), responsible for the branches named Ngàn Lẻ Một Đêm.
- Van Phat Avatar Hotel Co., Ltd (tax code 0304746657), responsible for Vạn Phát Hotel.
So that there is no doubt: the entity that confirms your booking and welcomes you at the door is the one responsible for the information of that stay. Even so, you only ever need to send a request to the single point of contact in section 7, and we will pass it to the right place ourselves.

What we collect
We ask only for what is genuinely needed to look after you well:
- When you book on the website, we record your name, phone number and any notes you leave, together with the branch, room type and the check-in and check-out date and time you chose. Your IP address at the moment of sending is stored alongside, purely so the system can recognise and block junk bookings sent by machines.
- When you arrive to check in, reception will ask to see your ID card or passport. This is required by law of every accommodation provider, and we note only what the stay-registration rules call for — nothing more.
- At the hotel, security cameras cover the entrances, the reception lobby, corridors and car parks, to protect your safety and your belongings. There are no cameras of any kind inside the rooms.
- When you call the hotline or message us on Zalo or Messenger, what you write and the number or account you used are kept, so reception can follow your request through to the end.
We do not ask for your date of birth, email, card number or bank details on the website.

What we use it for
Every piece of information you give us has a specific reason behind it:
- To confirm and hold the exact room you chose, and so that reception can call you back if anything about the booking needs checking.
- To complete stay registration, along with the accounting, tax and invoicing duties the law requires of us.
- To keep the hotel secure, and to have a record to rely on should an incident, a loss of property or a complaint ever arise.
- To understand which advertising is genuinely useful to our guests. For completed bookings, the phone number and name are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Meta for matching. This lets Meta recognise that a booking came from an advertisement, while Meta never receives your phone number or name in readable form.
We promise never to send bulk marketing messages to your phone, and never to sell or rent your information to anyone.

4
How long we keep it
We hold information no longer than it is needed:
- Bookings are kept for as long as it takes to reconcile them, resolve any complaint and close the books; after that they are deleted or anonymised.
- Stay records are kept for exactly the period the law prescribes for accommodation providers.
- Camera footage is overwritten automatically after a short time; only the clips needed to deal with a specific incident are kept longer.
-
5
How we protect it
Every connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), so what you send cannot be read in transit. The database can be reached only from the server itself; the admin area is protected by a password and a limit on login attempts. Internally, only the staff who directly handle a booking can see its details.
We also want to be honest that no method of storage is perfectly safe. Should an incident ever affect your information, we will put it right at once and notify you as the law requires.
-
6
Your rights
The information is yours, so you always have the right to know what we hold; to view it, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted; to withdraw consent you have given; to object to its use for advertising; and to lodge a complaint under Vietnamese personal-data law.
One small note: if you withdraw consent or ask us to delete information needed for a booking, for stay registration or for our books, we may be unable to continue with that booking, or may still have to keep the part the law requires. In every case, we will explain clearly as soon as we receive your request.

7
How to send us a request
Simply call the hotline 0961 636 390 or message us on Zalo, quoting the phone number you used for the booking so that we can confirm it is really you before acting. This check exists to protect you, so that nobody else can obtain your information by pretending to be you. We reply within the period set by law; if any part of a request cannot be met, we will tell you why.
The address and phone number of each branch are on the Contact page.

When this policy changes
Whenever the way we collect or use information changes, the new version will be published on this very page with the date it takes effect, so you can always find the current version in one familiar place. If a change introduces a new purpose that needs your consent, we will ask you first, before it applies.
Anything still unclear?
Call our hotline — reception is staffed around the clock and happy to help.
